Provided comprehensive transportation and moving services supporting personnel transitions and equipment relocation across multiple DoD facilities in the National Capital Region. Managed scheduling, asset tracking, and coordination with installation points-of-contact to ensure mission-ready timelines were met with zero reportable incidents. 

Delivered time-sensitive medical supply transport and patient transportation services in support of a federal health services program. Ensured strict compliance with handling protocols, chain-of-custody requirements, and HIPAA-aligned procedures throughout the duration of support operations. 

Supported federal agency warehouse operations, including the transportation, storage, and management of items from multiple Federal facilities in a central warehouse in the DC region. Support included the transport of materials, the maintenance of material condition, and the picking and pulling of materials in accordance with government work orders.

Assisted with the moving and setup of offices and event spaces for the main Treasury and satellite locations. Support included moving and managing fragile items, including artwork and electronics and ensuring that work orders were completed in a timely and organized   fashion. Assisted with determining logistics needs for moves and implementing moves to ensure efficient service.

Staff provided cleaning support services for essential sites throughout the DC region, including fire stations and police departments, during the COVID-19 pandemic. Support included cleaning high-touch surfaces to maintain a clean and sanitary environment. Regular cleaning was augmented with as needed and emergency cleaning when necessary. PPE and supplies were procured and provided by the vendor for this support.

Supported federal agency administrative operations, including document management, records organization, and project coordination. Provided strategic planning support to program offices, streamlining workflows and improving operational efficiency across multiple divisions.

Managed facility maintenance and space planning activities for a DoD installation, including coordination of construction management and equipment installation projects. Oversaw subcontractor performance, ensured compliance with federal safety standards, and delivered projects on schedule and within budget parameters.

Provided managerial support and professional services to a federal program management office, including team leadership, resource allocation, and process improvement initiatives.   Developed training programs and delivered technical writing support for agency documentation and standard operating procedures.
